Regulation
Our products comply with the EU's Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009/Annex II, one of the most comprehensive and strict cosmetic product safety directives in the world.
Safety Compliance
Cosmetic products, including all their ingredients, must undergo a safety assessment by a qualified entity before they can be placed on the EU market. The assessment includes a review of ingredients, stability testing, microbiological testing, physicochemical testing, compatibility testing, dermatological testing and labelling compliance. Our products have been approved by Eurofins Scientific.
Commitment
Beyond the EU’s ban on over 1,300 cosmetic ingredients, all our products are formulated without silicones/siloxanes, SLES/SLS/SCS, PEG/PPG, volatile alcohols, parabens, phthalates, synthetic/added colorants, petrochemical oils, petrolatum, chemical UV-filters, talc, mica, microplastic, BHA/BHT, triclosan/triclocarban and PFAS. And we do not use nanotechnology.
Cruelty free & vegan friendly
Our formulas and ingredients are not tested on animals and formulated without any animal derived ingredients.
Label free fragrance
While our scalp serum is perfume free, our shampoo, conditioner and blowout creme are delicately enhanced with our signature fragrance, which is label free. Label free means that the fragrance components regulated by (EC) No. 1223/2009 are either entirely absent or present in concentrations too low to require labelling: Under 0.01% in our rinse-off products/Under 0.001% in our leave-on products. Using fragrance at such low levels reduces the risk of triggering allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
Primary Packaging
Our bottles are made of PE and glass, respectively. Disc caps and pumps are made of PP, overcaps are made with SAN, droppers are made of glass tube, PP, ALU and gum. All bottles, caps, pumps, overcaps, droppers and components are 100% recyclable through the majority of local recycling programs.
Secondary/Tertiary Packaging
Our boxes are made with FSC-certified paper. The boxes are 100% recyclable and can be disposed of in a paper recycling bin.
Triman logo
Our products carry the Triman logo. The French anti-waste law (AGEC) mandates the inclusion of the Triman logo to support waste sorting of household products placed on the French market.
Recycling Instructions
Ensure that bottles, caps, overcaps, droppers and components are thoroughly cleansed before you recycle.
Plastic Bottles (PE): Recycle with plastics.
Glass Bottles: Recycle with glass products.
Disc Caps & Pumps (PP): Recycle with plastics.
Overcaps (SAN): Recycle with plastics.
Droppers (Glass Tube, PP, ALU, Gum)
