Our name is inspired by the myth of Cupid and Psyche — where the god of love restored his lover's life with a kiss.

Our ethos reflects the reviving kiss through care, protection, and revitalisation.

STORY


Cupid˙s Kiss is an independent, danish haircare brand, founded by Annika von Holdt.

Annika is a pioneer in the grey hair influencer space — among the first to make grey hair aspirational and a symbol of empowerment.

Faced with progressive yellowing of her hair, she found a market crowded by purple products focused on temporary colour correction—when prevention should come first. With no options offering real protection or damage prevention, she set out to create one that would.

After three years of intense development, she launched Cupid˙s Kiss Haircare. The collection combines phyto-innovation and advanced skincare science to safeguard hair colour, vibrancy, strength and resilience, and improve scalp and hair health.

The formulas benefit all hair types and colours.

COMMITMENT

Cupid˙s Kiss complies with the EU's Cosmetics Regulation, (EC) No. 1223/2009. The regulation includes a complete ban on animal testing.

Our products are dermatologically tested, and formulated without silicones, sulfate cleansers, petrolatum, mineral oil, short-chain alcohols, and colouring agents.

DEVELOPMENT


Our formulation strategy considers all the hair system's structures to effectively support their natural functions.

The balanced, microbiome-friendly formulas are developed by experienced chemists, ensuring rigorous scientific standards and expertly engineered performance.

Ingredients are meticulously sourced based on sustainability and ethical practices, and precision-selected according to safety, purity, performance, and scientifically proven effects.
