Shipping Cost 

We offer free shipping on international orders €150+ and on Danish orders kr 500+. Orders below these amounts will incur a shipping fee, calculated and added at checkout.

 

Shipping Method

  • Free shipping orders within the EU will be delivered to a parcel shop you choose at checkout.
  • All orders shipped outside the EU will be delivered to the home address you provide at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Delivery Time

Orders are processed on business days, excluding local holidays. Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours. Delivery times may vary according to the delivery address and the type of delivery selected by you at the checkout. Cupid's Kiss is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Origin & Delivery Destinations

Orders are shipped from Denmark via GLS, UPS, or FedEx.

Deliveries are available to the EU, USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, and Switzerland.

 

Import Taxes & Customs Duties

Shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the customer's national tax/customs authorities. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for all applicable import taxes, customs duties, handling fees or similar upon delivery.

Customs procedure or any other import procedure, provided for by the regulations in the country of delivery, may result in delays beyond the control of Cupid's Kiss. Cupid's Kiss is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from import procedures or requirements in the destination country.

 

Undeliverable Shipments

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including, but not limited to, failure to collect the parcel from a designated pickup point, refusal of delivery, refusal to pay applicable import taxes/customs duties, or incorrect delivery address, and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund all shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, and any other fees incurred as a result of the return. If free shipping was granted subject to a minimum order value of €150, and this condition is no longer met due to cancellation, return, refusal, non-collection, or incorrect delivery address, we also reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.
