Shipping Cost & Delivery Time
We offer free shipping on international orders €150+ and on Danish orders kr 500+. Orders below these amounts will incur a shipping fee, calculated and added at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 2 PM CET, excluding local holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.
Delivery times may vary according to the delivery address and the type of delivery selected by you at the checkout. Cupid's Kiss will not be held responsible for any delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of Cupid's kiss.
Shipping Method & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Denmark via GLS, UPS, or FedEx. Deliveries are available to the EU, USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, and Switzerland.
- Free shipping orders within the EU will be delivered to a parcel shop you choose at checkout.
- All orders shipped outside the EU will be delivered to the home address you provide at checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping outside the EU
Customers from countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or the shipping cost.
Undeliverable Shipments
If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer, and if the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund all shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, and any other fees incurred as a result of the return. If free shipping was granted subject to a minimum order value of €150, and this condition is no longer met due to cancellation, return, refusal, non-collection, or incorrect delivery address, we also reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.
