Your purchase is subject to our Terms of Service 

 

Orders delivered within the EU

If your order is delivered within the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Products returned for a refund must be unused, undamaged and in their complete, original packaging. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Return shipping and handling are at your expense and risk. We do not compensate for products that have been lost or damaged during shipping when returned us. 

To request a return, email contact@cupids-kiss.com to arrange for a return merchandise authorisation.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm its receipt and inform you whether a refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved for refund, your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receipt, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

 

Orders delivered outside the EU

For orders shipped outside the European Union, we are unable to accept returns (unless the product is non-conform or damaged). Should you receive a non-conform or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@cupids-kiss.com
