Welcome to cupids-kiss.com (the "Site").
The Site is owned and operated by Cupid's Kiss ApS ("we", "us", "our").
The Terms of Service (the "TOS"), and any policies and notices referenced herein, govern access to and use of the Site by all users and set forth the terms and conditions applicable to all purchases and sales conducted through the Site.
By using this Site and/or placing an order on the Site, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all aspects of the TOS. Therefore, we strongly urge you to carefully read these TOS before you use and/or place an order on the Site. If you do not accept all aspects of the TOS, you may not use and/or place an order on the Site.
Cupid's Kiss ApS reserves the right to amend or complete the TOS and any policies on the Site at any time. Updates shall enter into force the moment the changes are posted on the Site.
The headings used in these TOS are included for convenience only and will not limit the TOS.

Scope of Activity
Cupid's Kiss ApS provides the following services by by electronic means: (1) Access to the Site, enabling users to browse products and offers available on the Site; (2) The conclusion of contracts for the sale of personal care products through the Site.
Access
Access to the Site is possible 24/24, 7/7, except in cases of force majeure or of an event beyond our control, and subject to potential breakdowns, failures or maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Site and its related materials.
Access to the Site is possible from a computer or another electronic device with access to the Internet and with software for browsing the web which supports cookies and scripts based on JavaScript, if handling of those has been activated, as well as to have an individual email account.
This Site uses cookies to deliver services and tailored content. Disabling cookies may cause inconvenience or prevent the use of the Site.
Personal Data
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on the use of cookies and tracers by Cupid's Kiss ApS, and how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information about you.
Accuracy of Information
We have taken great care to ensure that the information on the Site is as accurate as possible, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the colours, information or other content available on the site are accurate or complete. The Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to Cupid's Kiss ApS. No element found on the Site may be copied, reproduced, modified, reissued, loaded, altered, transmitted or distributed in any way whatsoever or in any form whatsoever, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of Cupid's Kiss ApS.
Eligibility
To create an account or purchase products on the Site, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law and be of legal age in your place of residence. By creating an account or placing an order through the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements, that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and that you agree to be bound by these TOS.
Cupid's Kiss ApS shall not be liable for any delay, failure to deliver, or other issue resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.
Prices & Payment on the Site
The selling prices quoted on the Site include applicable Danish VAT.
The shipping cost will be added at checkout and indicated as a separate charge on the order invoice.
The total amount you pay on the Site reflects our product price and the shipping costs. Our selling prices and the shipping costs do not include customs duties and/or import taxes. Customers are responsible for these charges if applicable in their country of delivery.
The payment currency will be shown and charged in DKK (Danish Kroner) or EUR (Euro). If your credit/debit card is not denominated in DKK or EUR, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company or bank processes the transaction.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay.
Any electronic payments are made in accordance with the valid regulations of the payment system operator, and we are not responsible for their functioning.
You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of the payment card does not authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of orders. We retain the legal ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and received by us, and the legal ownership of the products will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the products to you.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Online payment uses the SSL protocol, the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders, which offers maximum security. The information transmitted is encrypted, not seen nor stored, and not shared with anyone.
Confirmation of the amount paid will be provided in a dispatch confirmation email and on a paper invoice included in the shipment.
Prices on the Site may be modified at any time and without notice.
Order Placement
A binding contract is concluded between you and Cupid's Kiss ApS when you place an order on the Site and Cupid's Kiss ApS confirms its acceptance.
By placing an order on the Site, you accept the current selling price and your obligation to pay it.
You can place an order by adding products to your cart and following the checkout process. Before placing an order, you can correct any errors you entered, change the cart contents, or cancel the entire order during checkout. You can review and edit all of the details of your order, including billing and shipping information, prior to confirming the purchase.
Orders typically begin processing as soon as they are submitted and cannot be cancelled, stopped, or changed.
Once an order has been placed, we will notify you by email to acknowledge receipt of the order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil the order following this acknowledgement, you will be contacted by email. Acceptance of the order will be confirmed by an email that confirms that the products have been dispatched.
The order may not be accepted if a product is out of stock, if there is a product or pricing error, or if the payment is declined.
Restrictions
The products available on the Site are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the product you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products to be provided to the customers that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our TOS.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time prior to dispatch confirmation.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes can be used during checkout only. The discount will only be visible once the code has been entered into the promotional code box on the checkout page and has been accepted.
Promotional codes cannot be added after the order has been placed. Cupid's Kiss ApS will not refund or be held responsible for promotional codes that have not been used for any reason.
Shipping Cost & Delivery Time
Cupid's Kiss ApS offers complimentary shipping on international orders over €150 and on Danish orders over kr 500. Orders below these amounts will incur a shipping fee, calculated and added at checkout.
- Free shipping within the EU will be delivered to a parcel shop you choose at checkout.
- Free shipping outside the EU will be delivered to the home address you provide at checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box.
Orders are processed on business days, excluding local holidays. Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours.
Delayed delivery caused by circumstances beyond the control of Cupid's Kiss ApS will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
Shipping Origin & Delivery Destinations
Orders placed on the Site will be processed by Lagerkompagniet ApS and shipped from Denmark by GLS, UPS or FedEX.
Deliveries are available to the EU, USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, and Switzerland.
Tracking
The customer will receive a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number and delivery details, once their order has been delivered to the courier.
Shipping to Non-EU Countries
Shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the customer's national tax/customs authorities. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable import taxes and customs duties in their country of delivery. The carrier may, at its discretion, advance these charges on the customer's behalf to facilitate customs clearance and subsequently invoice the customer, including any applicable administrative or handling fees.
Customs procedure or any other import procedure, provided for by the regulations in the country of delivery, may result in delays beyond the control of Cupid's Kiss ApS. Cupid's Kiss ApS is not liable for delays, seizures, or additional costs arising from import procedures or requirements in the destination country.
Undeliverable Shipments
If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including, but not limited to, failure to collect the parcel from a designated pickup point, refusal of delivery, refusal to pay applicable import taxes/customs duties, or incorrect delivery address, and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund all shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, and any other fees incurred as a result of the return. If free shipping was granted subject to a minimum order value of €150, and this condition is no longer met due to cancellation, return, refusal, non-collection, or incorrect delivery address, we also reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.
Stolen/Lost Shipments
Cupid's Kiss ApS assumes no responsibility for stolen or lost shipments once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Inspection
We are committed to deliver products that conform to those you ordered.
You are required to examine the products of delivery upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. If there are no reservations concerning the condition of the product of delivery, it is presumed that the condition of the goods was adequate.
Complaints Procedure
In case the products delivered have been damaged during transport or the products delivered do not conform to your order, complaints must be emailed to the following email address: contact@cupids-kiss.com on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first following business day of delivery. Any claim addressed after this period shall not be accepted.
To process a damage claim, we require the following documentation of the damage:
- Photos of all exterior sides of the transport box (the label must be visible and readable in one of the photos).
- Photo of all internal protective packagings, including secondary and/or tertiary boxes.
- Photo of the damaged primary containers.
All packaging and the damaged products must be retained, and the products must not be used until the matter is fully resolved. Claims cannot be processed if these requirements are not met.
When a claim is regarded as reasonable, Cupid's Kiss ApS will provide a replacement, a refund or a reduction of the price paid. Where the cost of replacing an internationally shipped product would be disproportionately high and/or the original shipping was free of charge, Cupid's Kiss ApS reserves the the right to issue a refund instead of a replacement.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Orders
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order. Products returned must be unused and undamaged and in their complete original packaging. The original invoice and/or packing slip must be provided with any return.
Return shipping is at your expense and risk. We do not provide compensation for products lost or damaged during return shipping to Cupid's Kiss ApS. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase within 14 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable on returns.
Returns are handled at the sole discretion of Cupid's Kiss ApS.
EU Orders / Return Procedure
To return a product, email contact@cupids-kiss.com to arrange for a return merchandise authorisation. Returns cannot be accepted without a return merchandise authorisation.
Returning a shipment
1. Securely pack the product in the original packaging.
2. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package.
3. Clearly mark the parcel: "Return/Cupid's Kiss"

Returns & Refunds for non-EU Orders
Orders shipped outside the EU are final sale. We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the EU unless the items are faulty or non-conform.
Product Quality
Cupid's Kiss ApS warrants that any product purchased from the Site will be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purposes for which products of the same type are normally supplied.
Use of Products
Products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, safety guidelines, and any precautions provided. You should always check ingredients or product details to avoid potential allergic reactions. If you have any doubt, please consult with your physician regarding the use of our products before using them. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from improper or unintended use of our products.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product purchased through the Site is limited to the purchase price of that product. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indirect or Consequential Losses
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your purchase.
Idemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any losses, damages, or costs—including reasonable attorneys' fees—arising from any third-party claim, action, or demand resulting from: (a) your use of the Site or its content in violation of any law, regulation, or these TOS; or (b) any aspect of your user content.
You further agree to indemnify these indemnified parties for any losses, damages, or costs—including reasonable attorneys' fees—resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or other data-gathering or extraction tools, or from any action you take that places an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.
Force Majeure Event
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by any act, event, omission, non-happening or accident outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). Our performance under any contract is to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues.
Third-party Websites
External websites that are hyperlinked from the Site are not subject to the control of Cupid's Kiss ApS, which, as a consequence, declines all responsibility for their content. The user assumes full responsibility for use of these sites. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.
Written Communication
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communication we send to you should be in writing. When using the Site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on the Site. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communication that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
Online Dispute Resolution

Severability
If any of these TOS or any provisions of the contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
The TOS, and any document available or expressly referred to in them, including the documents available by hyperlinks, represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing. We each acknowledge that, in entering into a contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such contract except as expressly stated in these TOS. Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party's only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these TOS.
Governing Law
All sale contracts for purchase of products through the Site are concluded in Copenhagen, Denmark. Such contracts and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Danish law.
