The first application of Antimatter Scalp Serum delivers an addictive comfort that teeters between soothing and invigorating and sets the stage for the rewards that come with consistent, daily use.
The serum features Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 (a biotin-linked, bioactive peptide/Matrikine series GHK) which stimulates the metabolism of the hair follicle cells and enhances the synthesis and organisation of key adhesion molecules, reinforcing follicle structure and strengthening hair anchorage.
A pure concentrate of organic red clover and mung bean sprouts stimulates the production of growth factors in the hair follicles, optimising the anagen/telogen ratio (extending the growth phase) to re-establish a healthy cycle.
A stem cell extract from malus domestica (Fuji apples), in combination with a phenolic antioxidant, exerts a soothing effect on irritated scalp by reducing desquamation, squame formation, erythema, and sebaceous secretion, while maintaining the integrity of the scalp microbiota.
Pentavitin® (a bioactive, skin identical carbohydrate complex) provides 72-hours of deep hydration, reducing transepidermal water loss (TEWL) in the scalp, and minimising irritation such as tightness, itching and flaking.
Glycerin (a humectant) retains moisture, while niacinamide (vitamin B3), panthenol (vitamin B5), and osmoprotective natural betaine strengthen the epidermal barrier function.
The formula is spiked with caffeine to increase microcirculation and stinging nettle extract, selected for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Additionally the serum contains white birch juice which also has anti-inflammatory properties and acts as a mild exfoliant to improve cell turnover, supporting removal of dead skin cells to maintain a clean scalp.
