Is there silicone in your products?
No, we formulate without silicones and siloxanes. Please see our Ingredient Black List.
Is there fragrance in your products?
Our scalp serum is perfume free. Our shampoo, conditioner and blowout creme are lightly scented. The perfume components are below 0.01% in our rinse-off products, and below 0.001% in our leave-on products.
When do the products expire?
The products expire 9 months after opening. The shelf life of unopened products is 31 months.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. In the EU there is a complete ban on animal testing for cosmetic products and their ingredients, ensuring animal welfare protection.
Are your products clean?
"Clean" is an unregulated marketing phrase with no clear definition. This means that brands and consumers create their own definitions. We formulate with gentle, well-tolerated, high quality ingredients. And we comply with the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, one of the most comprehensive and strict cosmetic product safety directives in the world.
Are your ingredients natural?
We carefully formulate our products using a thoughtful blend of non-irritating natural and synthesised actives.
Natural ingredients are valuable, but natural doesn’t always mean better or safer. Natural ingredients may sometimes cause irritation, sensitivities, or allergic reactions. Synthesised ingredients are highly controlled, ensuring consistency, purity, and a precise understanding of their effects.
Do your products work with hard water?
Yes. Cupid's Kiss works very well with hard water. Our shampoo and conditioner each contain an ingredient that binds to and removes metal ions (such as calcium, iron, magnesium and other impurities) to prevent them from building on the hair and scalp.
Which hair types is Cupid's Kiss suitable for?
Our products are made for all hair and scalp types.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed on business days, typically on the same day they are submitted, excluding local holidays. Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours. Delivery times may vary according to the delivery address.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. We ship to the EU, USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland.
Can I edit my order after it is placed?
Orders begin processing as soon as submitted and cannot be stopped or changed.
Once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods can significantly impact the delivery processing time and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.
I forgot to apply the free shipping code. Is it possible to have it applied retroactively to my order?
Unfortunately, discount codes can only be applied at the time of checkout and can't be added afterward.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when you place your order.
Wil I have to pay customs duties?
Customs duties do not apply to shipments within the European Union.
Customs taxes, import duties or similar may apply to shipments outside the European Union. You are obliged to cover all additional costs beyond the selling price quoted on this website when these costs arise from the legal regulations applicable in the country of delivery.
For shipments into the United States, orders below USD 800 are exempt from import duties under the de minimis threshold.

What is your return policy?
At this time, we only accept returns for EU customers, and only for products that are unused, undamaged, undiluted, unaltered, in the original condition and in the original packaging. Please see our Return Policy
Can I exchange my product?
We do not currently offer exchanges.
When do I get my refund?
Products returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
