Is there silicone in your products?

No, we formulate without silicones and siloxanes.

Can your haircare products be used as stand-alones?

Our haircare products can be used individually, but they are specially formulated to work together as a system for the best results. Each product complements the others, enhancing overall hair health and performance.

Additionally, since our products are silicone-free, using them with silicone-based products can interfere with their effectiveness. Silicones create a hydrophobic coating on the hair that blocks moisture and nutrients from penetrating properly. So, to experience the full benefits of our formulas, we recommend using our products as a complete system.

Is there fragrance in your products?

Our scalp serum is perfume free. Our shampoo, conditioner, blowout creme and élixir contain a very low percentage of fragrance — just enough to elevate the experience. The perfume components are below 0.01% in our rinse-off products, and below 0.001% in our leave-on products.

When do the products expire?

The products expire 9 months after opening. The shelf life of unopened products is 31 months.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, absolutely. In the EU there is a complete ban on animal testing for cosmetic products and their ingredients, ensuring animal welfare protection.

Are your products clean?

"Clean" is an unregulated marketing phrase with no clear definition. This means that brands and consumers create their own definitions.

We formulate with gentle, well-tolerated, high quality ingredients compliant with the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, one of the strictest and most comprehensive cosmetics safety directives in the world.

Are your ingredients natural?

It is a common misconception that natural always means gentler, safer, or healthier. That is not the case. Which is why we use a combination of natural and lab made ingredients.

We use natural ingredients rich in nutrients, antioxidants, and essential oils — that bring exceptional benefits to the skin and hair. However, natural materials can also be unpredictable. Factors like climate, soil, and season can affect the composition of plant-based ingredients, making it difficult to ensure consistent performance, or texture across batches.

That's where science plays an essential role.

Our lab made ingredients are produced under controlled conditions to guarantee purity, stability, and precision. They allow us to maintain consistent quality and predictable results, while minimising the risk of unwanted variability.

Do your shampoo work with hard water?

Yes. Cupid's Kiss works very well with hard water. Our shampoo and conditioner each contain an ingredient that binds to and removes metal ions (such as calcium, iron, magnesium and other impurities) to prevent them from building on the hair and scalp.

Which hair types is Cupid's Kiss suitable for?

Our products are made for all hair and scalp types. And all genders.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. We ship to the EU, USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed on business days, typically on the same day they are submitted, excluding local holidays. Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours. Delivery times may vary according to the delivery address.

Can I edit my order after it is placed?

No, unfortunately not. Orders begin processing as soon as submitted and cannot be stopped or changed.

I forgot to apply the free shipping code. Is it possible to have it applied retroactively to my order?

Discount codes can only be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be added afterward.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged when you place your order.

Wil I have to pay customs duties?

Customs duties do not apply to shipments within the European Union.

Customs taxes/fees/duties may apply to shipments outside the European Union. You are obliged to cover all additional costs beyond the selling price quoted on this website when these costs arise from the legal regulations applicable in the country of delivery.

What is your return policy?

At this time, we only accept returns for EU customers, and only for products that are unused, undamaged, undiluted, unaltered, in the original condition and in the original packaging. Please see our Return Policy

Can I exchange my product?

We do not currently offer exchanges.

When do I get my refund?

Products returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
